Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds

1. SUBSCRIPTIONS

Evermoves offers:

  • monthly subscriptions;
  • annual subscriptions;
  • promotional memberships;
  • one-off purchases.

2. FEES

Subscription fees:

  • are payable in advance;
  • renew automatically;
  • are charged using the nominated payment method.

3. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

By subscribing, you authorise evermoves to automatically charge your nominated payment method for each renewal period (monthly or annual, as selected) until you cancel. Before you confirm a subscription purchase, we show you: the price, the billing frequency, and that it will renew automatically until cancelled. You can view your next renewal date and cancel at any time from Account → Billing.

This subscription renews automatically at the price and frequency shown until you cancel. Cancel any time from Account → Billing — no lock-in contract.

4. CANCELLATION

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through their account settings.

Cancellation:

  • prevents future billing;
  • does not generate a refund for the current billing period unless required by law.

5. REFUNDS

See our standalone /legal/refunds (Refunds & Credits Policy) for the full position. In summary: nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, and refunds are available wherever the ACL requires one.

6. PRICE CHANGES

Evermoves may change subscription prices with reasonable notice.

7. SUSPENSION

Evermoves may suspend accounts for:

  • failed payments;
  • fraudulent activity;
  • breach of Terms of Use.

8. TERMINATION

Evermoves may terminate subscriptions at its discretion for breach of these Terms.
