platform, online classes and associated services.
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must:
- be at least 16 years old; and
- if you are 16 or 17, have a parent or guardian complete our guardian consent process before you
can book classes, purchase anything, or access paid content (see our Participant Waiver).
evermoves does not accept signups from anyone under 16.
3. SERVICES
Evermoves provides:
- online classes;
- live-stream classes;
- recorded classes;
- movement programs;
- educational content;
- wellness resources;
- meditation and mindfulness content.
Evermoves does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
- participate within your own abilities;
- ensure your exercise environment is safe;
- follow instructor directions;
- seek medical advice where appropriate;
- stop immediately if you experience pain or illness.
5. ACCOUNT SECURITY
You are responsible for:
- maintaining account security;
- protecting passwords;
- all activity conducted through your account.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content remains the exclusive property of Evermoves including:
- videos;
- programs;
- trademarks;
- educational materials;
- written content;
- graphics;
- logos;
- methodologies.
Users must not:
- reproduce;
- copy;
- distribute;
- record;
- sell;
- modify;
- commercially exploit
any Evermoves content.
7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
Users must not:
- share accounts;
- upload offensive content;
- misuse the platform;
- interfere with other users;
- attempt to reverse engineer software.
8. DISCLAIMER
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- participation occurs at the user's own risk;
- results are not guaranteed;
- Evermoves accepts no liability for injury, illness or loss arising from participation.
9. TERMINATION
Evermoves may suspend or terminate accounts where users breach these Terms.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
