Getting started

Is this for me? I've never done anything like this.+
Absolutely. evermoves is principle-led and modular - every movement has three layers (1, 2, 3) and you self-select your day. Brand new bodies, returning bodies and seasoned movers all train side-by-side.
What if I have an injury or chronic condition?+
Please let me know via the intake form (or any time before class). Almost every movement has a modification, and I'll adapt the session for you. For complex conditions, please get your treating practitioner's clearance.
What should I wear & bring?+
Comfortable clothing you can move in, plus water. Mats, foam rollers and myofascial balls are provided at the studio. If you have your own, you're welcome to bring them.
How early should I arrive?+
5–10 minutes early is ideal. It gives you time to settle, set up your mat, and ask any questions before we start.

Memberships & pricing

What's the difference between memberships and class packs?+
Memberships renew automatically (weekly or monthly) and unlock benefits like advance booking. Class packs are bought up-front, expire in 3 months, and don't auto-renew.
Can I pause my membership?+
Yes. With 1 week's notice in writing, memberships can be paused for injury, travel or reasonable life circumstances.
Are purchases refundable?+
All purchases (memberships, packs, class fees, programs) are non-refundable, including unused portions. We will, however, work with you on holds, transfers and modifications wherever possible.
When do class packs expire?+
3 months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions can't be refunded, transferred or extended.
How do I purchase memberships or videos for the mobile app?+
All memberships, programs and video access are purchased here on the evermoves website. Once purchased, everything unlocks automatically in the mobile app when you sign in with the same account.

Booking & cancellation

How do I cancel a booking?+
Open your booking in the member app and tap Cancel - or email me. Free cancellation up to 2 hours before class. Within 2 hours, a A$15 late-cancel/no-show fee applies.
What's the waitlist?+
When a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If a spot opens, you're notified by SMS and email - first in, first promoted.
Can I book a recurring spot?+
Members get 7-day advance booking, so you can effectively hold a recurring weekly spot. Casual visitors can book 2 days ahead.

Online & on-demand

Do I need a subscription to watch videos?+
The On Demand membership (A$5/week) unlocks the full library of 51+ classes. Individual videos can also be rented for A$10 each - both purchased here on the website.
Can I download videos to watch offline?+
Yes - once you've installed the mobile app, you can download videos to your device for offline viewing.
How do I join a livestream class?+
Book a livestream class like any other. 30 minutes before start, the Join button activates in your member app and a calendar invite arrives by email.

Other

Are classes filmed?+
Some classes are filmed for marketing or the on-demand library. If you'd prefer not to be filmed, just let me know before class and we'll position you off-camera. Full details in the liability waiver.
Do you offer gift cards?+
Yes - gift cards are available in any amount from A$30. A beautiful, low-pressure way to introduce someone to evermoves.
What's your age policy?+
evermoves is for ages 16 and over. You must be at least 16 to create an account, join classes or use the app.
